SHIPPING POLICIES
  • The  shipping cost  varies by city or region. 

  • Shipping of coffee and/or methods and accessories will take between 3 and 5 business days. 

  • From the moment of purchase, there is a maximum time of 10 working days for the delivery of the products.

  • For orders greater than 100 bags, the delivery time will be a maximum of 20 business days.

  • The delivery of all products is made directly by staff of our company.

  • For the delivery of methods and accessories, the buyer must be present, for which a delivery date and time will be coordinated.

RETURNS, CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
  • For any change, the client must send an email to contacto@cafebanna.com, indicating the reason for the request so that our team can carry out an evaluation and decide on the request. 

  • For approved changes, a personal delivery will be made so that the consumer is completely satisfied. 

  • Subscriptions are subject to cancellation before 50% of the bags of the selected plan have been delivered, and a charge will be made for the product already delivered, before discounts.

  • Subscriptions are subject to change or cancellation under the following conditions:

  • To increase the period or the number of monthly bags, it can be done at any time through the mail contacto@cafebanna.com indicating the order number and the required change.   The corresponding surplus will be charged. 

  • To modify the period or cancel a subscription, it can only be done for the 6-month subscription plans; and the request must be made via email to the email address contacto@cafebanna.com before the first quarter, counting from the moment the subscription was made. The subscription can only be reduced or canceled in the period remaining to one month after the request is made. (Example: If you request cancellation after 2 months of subscription, it will be canceled from the third month). And it will be charged according to the request. 

  • For subscription plans of 3 or 6 months, a change in the delivery date can be coordinated through the email contacto@cafebanna.com indicating the changes and reasons for the modification. 

  • For online order cancellations, it can be done during the following 24 hours after receiving the purchase notification email. 

  • The cancellation must be made by email, to the email address: contacto@cafebanna.com   indicating the order number and the reasons for cancellation._cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b- 136bad5cf58d_

  • For purchases made through our online platform, the customer will incur a cost of 15% of the total value of the purchase, due to online transaction costs.

  • No refunds are made to credit cards.
